How many inkjet cartridges can I fit per envelope?
You can fit approximately 5 ink cartridges per envelope.
Can I send multiple inkjet cartridges in a box with your address taped to it?
Although we appreciate your commitment to the environment, we must ask you to only use the envelopes we provide in order to protect from any leakage.
Why is the envelope addressed to The Netherlands and not my local Brother office?
Customers from all over Europe recycle their empty ink cartridges with Brother. We use a centralized system, based in The Netherlands, and a pan-European postal network. This means that all of the ink cartridges arrive to use in one shipment, rather than in individual parcels, greatly reducing transport emissions.
Will the post office accept freepost overseas addresses?
The envelope is pre-paid, and so your local Post Office will accept the package, as long as it is packaged carefully and correctly.
What happens to the used ink cartridges when I return them?
Brother sends the cartridges for recycling, so the components are reused to their full potential. Our recycling facilities have a zero waste to landfill accreditation, and Brother is fully committed to the protection of the environment.
Do you accept used cartridges from other companies?
Unfortunately we do not accept used inkjet cartridges from other companies: please return them to the original manufacturer.
